Baseball/Softball Season has ended.  Thanks to all for another Great Season!

SOCCER  ~   FLAG FOOTBALL   ~   VOLLEYBALL

Registration Dates:  July 12th & 26th from 2-5pm in Portable 2
Registration Fees: $65 for 1st sport, $110 for 2 sports.
$65.00 per player - $32.50 after the second child - ½ price for Head Coach 

If you are a registered parishioner or live within the St. Dominic's Boundaries we urge you to sign up your child to our ever growing CYO program. 
 

Open to ages 3-12 both boys and girls are welcome.

Items needed for Registration:

• Proof of Residence (Must be an Utility Bill SAWS, CPS AT&T) or Parishioner's envelope.
• Birth Certificate
• Registration Fee

IF YOU STILL HAVE OUTSTANDING FEES, CONTACT PAT SANCHEZ (210) 557-8422 ASAP. AS A REMINDER IF YOUR OUTSTANDINGS FEES ARE NOT PAID, CHILD WILL BE INELIGIBLE TO REGISTER FOR THE NEXT UPCOMING SEASON UNTIL ALL DEBTS ARE PAID.
